Once you approve the free concept by email, the pair moves into a handmade production flow built around the final design.

Approve your design
You receive the custom concept by email, then approve it or send notes before anything is produced.
Step 02
Laser Cutting
Fabric is precision-cut into exact shoe panels following the approved shoe pattern.
Step 03
Sewing
Each panel is hand-sewn by skilled craftspeople to form the custom upper.
Step 04
Eyelet Punching
Lace holes are punched and reinforced while the material is still flat for clean alignment.
Step 05
Forming
The upper is stretched over a shoe last to create the final three-dimensional shape.
Step 06
Gluing
Industrial-grade adhesive is applied to the upper and rubber sole under controlled conditions.
Step 07
Sole Assembly
The upper and sole are pressed together with mechanical force for a durable bond.
Step 08
Lacing, QC and Ship
Final quality check, lacing, and packing happen before the pair ships to your door.
