REPLACEMENT / REFUND

We stand behind the quality of our basketball products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement or refund at no charge. We accept refunds/replacements in these cases:

  • Damaged or poor-quality printed item

  • Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)

  • Wrong size item (we sent the wrong size from what you ordered)

  • Item has not arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders

If you want a replacement product (due to defects or errors on our part):
Send us a photo of the product you received along with any detail shots you’d like to include. We’ll use this information to process your replacement and prevent future errors. Our team will review your claim and provide you with a replacement free of charge. Replacements follow normal order timelines (3–7 business days for processing and 1–4 weeks for delivery).

If you want a refund (due to defects or errors on our part):
Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3–5 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank).


WE DO NOT ACCEPT REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS IN THESE CASES:

  • Customer chooses the wrong size

  • Package missing due to incorrect shipping address provided

  • Customer does not like the item material (e.g., polyester)

  • Order/shipping address is changed after the product has been printed and shipped

  • Customer returns item without contacting us first

For all other requests, please email us at [email protected]. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a return address. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.
🚫 Unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

You have 12 hours after placing your order to contact our support team and request modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order may have already entered production and cannot be changed.
If cancelled within the valid timeframe, a credit will be issued to your payment method within 3–5 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (may take time to post)

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

WRONG SIZE ORDER

All products are custom printed just for you, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.
Buyers assume all responsibility when choosing sizing. We provide a detailed size chart on each product page to help you choose correctly.


DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER

If you receive a damaged item, poor print quality, or an incorrect product (rare, but it happens!), we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Please send:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (damage, print problem, or wrong item)

  • The QR code on your package

Email all this to [email protected], and we’ll take care of it promptly.


ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item hasn’t arrived:

  • Within 30 days (for US orders), or

  • Within 60 days (for international orders),
    excluding the 3–7 day processing time,
    please contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.

🚫 This policy does not cover cases where the customer provided incorrect shipping information or missed delivery attempts.


RETURNS

Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept general returns. However, we’ll gladly replace defective items or incorrect orders. Just send:

  • A photo clearly showing the problem

  • Your order number

⚠️ Do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval—or to the return address printed on the package—will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


✅ Make sure that:

  • The product was received within the last 14 days

  • The product or print is defective, or

  • The final product is different from what you ordered
